Using art to help those most in need

We are proud to collaborate with the Hadas Kids Foundation as part of our Art for Good initiative. 

Hadas Kids is a non-profit institution whose mission is to support vulnerable children  and their families in Mallorca who are at risk of extreme poverty and the effects of social exclusion.

Hadas Kids Foundation - Mission

Hadas Kids runs a comprehensive care programme for children and families in Mallorca who require support from the effects of vulnerability, poverty and social exclusion. 
Through their educational program, the Foundation supports children from the ages of 3 to 16 years old, supporting their optimal cognitive-emotional development and growth, thereby meeting different needs of each developmental stage.

Available Works

Hadas Kids Foundation

Hadas Kids was created with the intention of safeguarding the rights of children, offering comprehensive care to children and families who require support due to reasons of vulnerability and social exclusion.

Through their educational and recreational programmes, the Foundation supports children between the ages of 5 and 16, focusing on their optimal development and cognitive-emotional growth.

The Foundation offers support to around 80 families and 100 minors, split into age groups in order to adapt to the specific needs of each age.

Services Offered

  1. Meals and dining services:
    • In 2023/24, Hadas Kids offered an average of 2,000 monthly nutritious meals to vulnerable children and their families in Mallorca.​
  2. School support service:
    • Creating spaces for the exchange of ideas and experiences among children, and integrating passive relaxation techniques (to promote calmness and concentration) and active relaxation techniques (such as yoga), promoting emotional and mental well-being.​
  3. Social workshops: 
    • Gearing children's emotional skills to creative activities, providing them with tools for their comprehensive development and strengthening of social relationships.
  4. Educational workshops and guidance 
    • This includes detection of special educational needs and support for families and minors in the referral, assessment and diagnosis process.

    • Hadas Kids also support minors who are close to the end of compulsory schooling, in making decisions regarding which career path to take in their future.

  5. Career guidance 
    • Provide support for job searching, advising children and
      providing resources to strengthen their economic independence, as well as assisting in the creation of resumes and the writing of cover letters. 
  6. Parental training workshops
    • ​Aimed at addressing various topics that strengthen both parenting skills and personal development, 
      offering practical tools to improve parenting and promote a positive family environment.
