Paola López Guerra

Paola López Guerra (b. 1974, Bogotá, Colombia) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Madrid.

Trained as an architect at the Universidad Autónoma de Barranquilla, she also holds a Master's in Interior Design from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and EINA School of Barcelona.

Her early career included work in digital communication and as an assistant to art restorers and artists, eventually founding her own studio in Barcelona.

In 2013, she relocated to Ibiza, where her work evolved conceptually, focusing on feminine strength and characterized by expressive, gestural lines.

The covid pandemic led her back to Bogotá in 2020, where she explored her roots and developed an intimate visual diary using local materials.

Now based in Spain, Paola continues her artistic practice while pursuing Art Business studies at the Complutense University of Madrid, Huntress of Art, and Fundación PONS.

Her work reflects a dynamic interplay between identity, memory, and material expression.
